North Sea oil leaks lead to worries about Arctic drilling

Shell Oil is being criticized by environmentalists for a lack of transparency in efforts to stop a leak from a North Sea platform -- generally considered the world's safest drilling region. The U.K. government says the oil is unlikely to reach shore, although an environmental group said the continuing leak and the discovery of a second leak raise concern about plans to drill in the deep waters of the Arctic Ocean.
